Delay in Shipment of Desktop
Hi!
I had ordered for an Inspiron 580s. Manufacturing Build was completed on 23/08/2010. But still the order is not shipped from factory. The estimated delivery date has already passed.
Customer Service says there is an issue with invoicing at Dell. They do not know when the order will start shipping.
I am new to the forum.
Can anyone help me?

You need to contact Dell directly about this issue, as the forum is basically user to user, not user to Dell and the members are not Dell employees.
Try using Order Support, HERE
