I'm upgrading my current graphics card to a Nvidia GTX 960. What would be the best fit for powering the new card, as well as working harmoniously with my 8100 tower

You need a power supply with a length of 5.9 inches, as longer ones won't fit.

The specs for your card should suggest the minimum wattage, but I think 500 watts or better will suffice.
