Dell 9010 USB3 ports not working
Hello,
I have a lab full of Optiplex 9010s with the USB 3 ports not working. The base computer was setup and sysprepped before imaging to the lab. Once in the lab, I noticed the USB 3 ports were not accepting any devices plugged into them. I've tried reinstalling the Extensible 3.0 driver and it gets to the point of installing the iusb3hub.inf. Then I get an error saying one or more drivers could not be installed. When I try and install the drivers manually, I get a blue screen and have to go back to last known config. It's way to late to reinstall Windows on these machines. Is there a way to install these drivers? Thank you.

Are these 9010 or 9010 All-in-One systems? And what version of Windows?
Are both the Intel chipset driver and the Intel Management Engine driver being installed? Without those, other drivers may not install or may not work.

Hello,
These are 9010 towers Windows 7 SP1.
The intel chipset drivers and the management engine are installed.

Then it says something may be wrong with the way you're imaging them.
Maybe somebody else can help with that because it's not something I know...
