Dell 9100 does not hear microphone input
Speech via microphone input not heard by Dell 9100 running Windows 7.
PC recognizes microphone and SigmaTell HD drivers (64-bit) have been reinstalled.
Can input speech using same microphone on Inspiron 1420.
A soundcard hardware problem?

The mixer isn't available in WIN7 version of the drivers nor is the Mic Boost. To solve this I use Turtle Beach Amigo
