Dell Inspiron 530 Bios Updated. Now PC will not hold BIOS settings.

The BIOS on this computer was updated to the newest version.  Now when the computer starts up in the morning it has lost all of it's BIOS settings including the time.  It tries to boot from the floppy disk drive as well, but of course it won't find it.

It's like the battery is dead, but it isn't.  I've changed it twice and reset the bios using the jumper as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
