Dell Inspiron 531s USB problem
hi,
i have a dell Inspiron 531s, the problem is that sometimes the PC startup and don't mount the USB mouse or pen drive, or any kind of USB device, except the USB keyboard, it is always mounted; and other times the PC mount all the devices and the mouse work properly.
I already formatted the PC, but the problems is still preset, a new USB 2.0 HUB to PCI Card Adapter can fix this problem?

Sounds like the internal USB controller is failing and yes a USB 2.0 to PCI card should provide you with replacement USB ports. I use one in one of my Inspiron 531's as I had eight devices hooked up to it at one time.
