Dell Inspiron Small Desktop I3646-2600BLK Is this computer Dual Voltage 110v-220v

I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron Small Desktop I3646-2600BLK  and I awaiting for it to arrive. I live in Germany and need a 220v computer. I was just told that small desktops don't have p110v-220v power supplies like the old desktops do. Does anyone know if the power supply that is built into the motherboard is 110v-220v?  Thanks

Yes.

The power supply is not built into the motherboard, the Dell Inspiron 3646 Small Desktop, has a separate power adaptor, see page 14 Here:
