Dell Inspiron and Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX

I was wondering if it's possible to run this out of the box? I used the psu calculator here, http://www.journeysystems.com/psu.php ,and it claims the pc requires more power than it actually ships with. The manual says this system has a 200 watt psu, but according to that calculator, it isn't sufficient. Also, this pc ships with a hi-def cable, but there is no output on the pc. Doesn't that imply to the buyer that upgrading the video card is a commonly used option?
