Dell Monitor SX2210b webcam issue

I have had this problem which has crippled my internal webcam and I have yet to find a solution to my problem.

Somehow my monitor "lost" my driver for the webcam and whenever I try to access the webcam I get an error saying "No webcam found. Connect your webcam or check it's plugged in properly." I have downloaded Skype and it only reaffirmed the issue that my webcam doesn't work.

My webcam did work perfectly fine until I got this problem and now it acts as if my webcam doesn't work. I haven't been able to find a driver for this monitor either which stinks.
