Hi guttwrench,
That number is not the model of the motherboard. However, even if you knew the motherboard, Dell does not provide pinout information for the front panel connectors. In fact, putting a Dell motherboard in a non-Dell case is usually an exercise in futility.

The 4600 has standard pinouts for the USB and front panel, but a Soundblaster-type connector for the front audio. The main problem with using it in a third party case is the proprietary heatsink that is designed to be cooled by the chassis fan, with the airflow directed via a plastic shroud that clips to be back of the chassis. I'm not sure how this could be retrofitted to a non-Dell case.
One or two "custom PC" sites sold Soundblaster-to-AC97 adapter cables, but I'm not sure if they're still available.
