Dell Optiplex 9020 can not figure how to change the boot device sequence?

I am not able to figure the boot option in Dell Optiplex 9020. I want to install Linux along with window 10, dual booting. I have tried the boot device sequence, which is not easy to alter, but then also it's not working. Can anyone please help me in finding the boot option?
