Dell Optiplex Gx280 Video Card Upgrade
hello, i have purchased a Dell optiplex gx280 small form factor computer. It came with a 250w power supply and no video card. Around 6 months ago, i purchased a
Intel P4 3.2Ghz CPU
2GB DDR2 RAM
160GB HDD
video card: Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2 PCI-E 2.0 x16
along with a power supply: ULTRA LSP 650w Pro power supply,
38A on the +12V
32A on the +5V
24A on the +3.3V
I was just wondering, if my computer could/would support a better graphics card? i know my computer probably isn't worth upgrading, but it's the only one i have and I'm not interested in buying a whole new computer anytime soon.
p.s when i bought my power supply unit, i had in mind that it would be used for better videos cards then the GeForce 9500 GT.

yeah it will support a better char but im usen a 9500gt and i can play crysis on max settings. its mainly the processor and ram you wunna look for now. cause seance urs in a single core 3.4 you wount be able to play high end games. and u only got 2gb ram. im usen a dell Dimensions E521 with dual core 2.0 4.5 gigs of ram and a 9500gt with a Fatal1ty 550w psu so i'd try finding a processor that would fit your mother board that is atleast dual core 2.2 or better.
