Dell Precision T3400 RAID1_2nd Hard disc showing error

Hi,

My Dell Precision T3400, while trying to add the second Hard Disc for RAID1 mirroring shows error while system booting itself. The hard Disc is connected in SATA1, Intel Matrix Storage manager is installed and the RAID is enabled. After doing these, while the system is booting it shows the eroor "restart/ scan disc/remove newly installed components...etc". The same hard disc was used in my second PC to do RAID1 mirroring. Anyone have any idea, what can be the issue.
