Dell Precision Tower 3620 bios bricked

Hi,

Last night i was updating the bios on this 3620 and it froze at 100%, after 30 minutes or so i forced to reboot.

Now always as an Amber light blinking when i connect the power cable and only the fan starts to spin for a few seconds and turn off in a loop.

I already try CMOS reset - nothing

Jumper in service mode - nothing

Is there any way to flash a bios from an USB drive. I've been reading a lot of foruns and all talk of some switch /writeromfile but doesn't work on this dell bios setup.

Does any one have an idea for me to try?
