Go to www.crucial.com here, plug in your system info and order. Free shipping now and prices are down. I just put in 128mb from crucial for the same machine a couple weeks ago, came in 2 days and is working great. As for warranty, crucial warrants it. If you have a Dell issue and they suspect memory, they may tell you to remove the crucial and then they should support you. Then put it back in.

I bought 256mb of cas2 Micron for $78.00 from Jazz. Crucial is Micron, they are a little higher but very reputable. I have same machine and the extra memory gave a big performance boost. Dell warranty service is awful anyway, but extra memory won't void it.
