Dell ST2321L monitor - scrambled, white bleeding
I have a Dell ST2321L that seems to display fine when in text mode, but when in graphics mode, the screen flickers and areas of the screen turn white.
I tried to use chat and other support means, but it kept prompting me for a service tag. I don't see a service tag on the back of this monitor. It only has a serial number.
I'd like to know if there is any sort of warranty on this monitor. The sticker on the back says "Jul 2012".
Please advise.

Nraygun,
Did you purchase this monitor directly from Dell? 24" and smaller monitors purchased directly from Dell are provided with a Dell order number but not a Dell service tag number.
* What computer, desktop/laptop?
* What operating system?
* What video card?
* What ports are available on the video card?
* What port are you using from the video card to what port on the monitor using what cable?
* Are you using the Dell supplied cable?
* What is the desktop resolution?
Reset the Monitor to Defaults
* Press the Menu button
* Choose Other Settings- Factory Reset

I was able to contact technical support and they processed an exchange since the monitor was still under warranty.
