Dell T5500 hangs during POST, flashing 2
I have a Dell Precision T5500 that hangs during POST. A green number 2 is flashing on the front panel and the power button starts out amber then turns green after a time. The number 2 continues to blink and no post.
Prior to this, the system started to lock up (required power off/on to reboot).

Good day !
This indicates PCI device failure. Would suggest you to disconnect the peripheral devices and check .
