Dell XPS 435T\9000
i have had the above listed computer, which I keep in my basement, for over 7 years now. I like the size and strength of the case for very much and would like to have it around for a lot longer. I am looking for suggestions on a more recent motherboard which without difficulty can fit in this case. I would be willing to get the upgraded processor, memory and power supply as necessary
I welcome suggestions..

Thanks for writing to us.
If you are looking to upgrade Motherboard, cpu,memory and PSU, its worth to buy a new machine.
The system can take a maximum of 24gb memory, and i7 processors .

I7-950
I7-920
I7-940
I7-965
I7-960
I7-930
I7-975
The system goes with only one PSU of 475w.
Though we have seen few of our customers upgraded the parts which are not tested by Dell. For few it worked, but for few there was little to no luck.
