This is a user forum, with some input from Dell employees, so it's not the way to contact Support directly.

I doubt it's water in the cooling system. If it leaked, you'll probably have to replace the entire cooling system or perhaps switch over to the fan and air-cooled heatsink system here or here.

And there's always eBay or call Dell Spare Parts.

The liquid cooling assembly is not user serviceable or upgradeable.

All required service should be done by qualified service personnel only.

The liquid cooling assembly in your system contains a non-refillable coolant.

In the event of a coolant leak, shut down your system immediately.

A replacement Dell XPS 730x H2C Liquid Cooling Fan & Heatsink PP749-A00, can be purchased from here:

http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Liquid-Cooling-Heatsink-PP749-A00/dp/B005EDDLBI

Personally, I would think about converting to the air cooled Dell XPS 730 730X CPU Heatsink Cooling Fan P281K 0P281K unit.

That's a lot of money, considering that some of the parts could be moved into a new 1155-based system.
