I bought a antec 520C so if my new computer power supply has a off/on switch will i have to turn off the power supply seperately?

If your PSU has a power switch, you can leave it switched on, just switch off at the wall socket when not in use. When you first install a new PSU, the power switch is switched off.

No you will not need to turn off at the power supply.
HOWEVER the machine uses around 20Watts standby.
It is not adviseable to turn off the machine using the switch on the power supply.
If you improperly shut down you can corrupt data on your drive.

If the power supply is left on will the power supply fan keep running with the computer off?
