Dell xps 7100 ram
Hi guys,
Just wondering whats the best ram upgrade for my dell xps 7100, I do play games and wanted to update my ram, been reading lots about RIPJAWS and BALLISTIX SPORT/TACTICAL , which one is best?

I would check a gaming or hardware forum for benchmarks, tests, and first-hand experience with what you are wanting to do - game.

Mary G my system its a DELL xps 7100 and not a 710, I run ddr3 and not ddr2, I just wanted to know about some ripjaws and ballistix game ram and not how to detect it as I know how to do it

What do you want to know about the Ripjaws and Ballistix RAM? As long as it meets the specs of the 7100 (DDR3-1333MHz), it should work fine. Crucial guarantees their RAM to be compatible, so if it happens not to work, they'll refund your money.

i know if I get Ballistix ram I need to adjust to unleash power thats what they say on the site
