Demension C521
I have a C521 that won't boot up the fan runs & runs. tried F10 & F12 nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Is the power button LED, solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber and what is the reading of Diagnostic Lights on the front panel?

Are there any error messages?
Have you made any recent changes to the PC?
