Desktop XPS8700 cannot switched on
My desktop XPS8700 bought in Jan 2015 - used the PC from time to time - very light user.
Out of sudden, my PC won't start today. There is power, I could hear the fan on and the power on button is also lighted up but nothing appear in screen.
Please advise what is wrong with my laptop. Can regular PC technician solve my issue.

Try a different monitor to rule out monitor failure. Check the cable connections at both ends. Make sure the monitor is turned on. Don't laugh. This happens once in awhile especially with the new models with hard to see or missing ON lights.
