Diagnostic error message 2000-0145
I’ve read quite a few posts from others who have received this error message. I’m looking to understand what hardrive I need to replace. Ive read there are two drives which is confusing to me. How would this be determined? What hardrive would work best. I have a 4yr old Vostro 3550. I can only get as far as the windows page. Cannot access any documents or the internet. Also is there a scenario where replacing the hardrive won’t work? How would that be determined?

There is only one drive in the system -- it's a single, standard 2.5" SATA notebook drive.
