Dimension 4300S memory problems

I currently have a 4300s and it doesnt boot 3/4 of the times.  Led's on back are showing lights A and B orange C and D green.  I reseated and replaced the memory a few times.  It may boot and then freeze.  Is the board shot?  or is there anything I can do.
