Dimension C521 RAM upgrade
Trying to upgrade from 2 x 512 Mb RAM to 4 x 1 Gb. BIOS detects 4 Gb System Properties shows only 3.25 Gb - is it possible to get windows to recognise the full 4 Gb please?

Windows 32bit will only use 3.25 to 3.5 GB of memory. The only way to see all 4 GB is with a 64bit version of Windows.
