Remove the added RAM and install ours. Make sure they click when you insert them into the slots. Power the PC on. Same issue?

Have you tried the CMOS Jumper to restore the Bios Setup?
* Power the PC off
* Open the case cover
* Move the RTCRST (Clear CMOS) jumper from pins 1/2 and place it on pins 2/3
* Press the PC power button
* Move the jumper back to pins 1/2
* Replace the cover and power the PC on

Hello, sorry for bringing this topic back but I'm trying to fix a friend's PC but it seems that the Bios also has errors and I would like to restore the bios setup. It is the same model as the one mentioned by LJFrance, everything looks good but I don't get the last 3 steps to restore. Do we unplug the PC? Do we hold the PC power button when switching the jumpers? and what do you mean by replacing the cover and then turning the PC back on. please explain with detail. Thank you. :)

I had a client's computer with the same problem -- I followed the CMOS jumper steps and the computer would not power on at all anymore.  I replaced the motherboard and that fixed the problems.
