Dimension E520 not starting
Unfortunately after a power failure my led lights on are 1,3,4, which isn't described in the service manual.
Removed all additional equipment. Tried a different power supply, no change removed all memory, note all, long beeps. Assume memory and or motherboard, I'll have to see if I have any additional memory elsewhere. any help before replacing the system will be appreciated.

Is the power switch LED, solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber, or off?
Are there any 'Beeps', if there are, what is the sequence of the beeps?
Have you made any changes to the e520 recently?

A non-code diagnostic lights sequence, usually indicates a motherboard issue.
