Does Dell 9020M have DisplayPort 1.2 support?
Hello,
I own a Dell 9020M (Micro) with DisplayPort and VGA ports. It does not have a HDMI port which I believe it is optional. My question is if this device supports DisplayPort 1.2 so that I can hookup 2 monitors in daisy chain? I have struggled to connect a Dell U3014 monitor . It works until I enable DisplayPort 1.2. After that it stopps working and gives me a blank screen.
Thanks!

The specs* say Yes to up to 3 monitors with the optional added display port--but only with vga which is not ideal since few of today's monitors have the old vga port. HDMI is not an option. From this page--
*Support for three displays: Despite its small size, the OptiPlex 9020 supports three monitors with DisplayPort and VGA connectivity, including support for an optional additional DisplayPort or HDMI.

Thanks for your reply! Much appreciated!
After doing more testing, I figured out the following.
It works with 2 x Dell P2715Q monitors daisy-chained via DisplayPort. One of the monitors has MST configured as Primary. The other monitor as Secondary. Works at 4K resolution but only 30Hz refresh rate. I guess it's ok.
What doesn't work though, is with 1 or 2 Dell U3014 monitors. Once I enable DisplayPort 1.2 on the monitor, it just stops working.
Any idea if there's any incompatibility issue here? Any feedback appreciated!

The reason why the 30" monitors won't work is due to the bandwidth limitations.
