Who replaced the card for you? They should know what was out in.

If they replaced it, it should be the same model as your previous card unless you paid extra for an upgrade.

How long ago was the system purchased?  If it was within two years, you can look up the transaction in your account information and find out what GPU you are using.  By the by, it definitely won't be an Intel device.  It will either be ATI or Nvidia.

If you're still trying to figure out "what the device with a ? is"... post the "Device ID".

Double-click the "Device with the ? (question-mark)", in "Device Manager".
The "Details tab" should contain the "Device ID".
