E-Support Button

Question

I was wondering if anyone knows why my E-Support Button on my 8100 doesn't work in XP. I have the XP02 BIOS and this is supposed to have changed it to a virtual keypress to allow it to work with the new Dell Solution Software but it doesn't If you can help me, please feel free to do so...

Hi DanM602 I do'nt believe the the E-Support button is supported by XP Bev
