E-Support button hardware

This has been bugging me since the first time I started to use this computer. Everytime I start the computer and it loads at window, a Service window appears with a error. Here is what it says:

Windows cannot connect to the E-Support button hardware.

You can still access E-Support by double-clicking the desktop icon.

If restarting your system does not clear this problem, you can repair it with E-Support.

Detail: CreateInstanceEnum() failed

How do I fix this problem and I don't know how to repair it with E-Support.

Reinstall the Dell Solution Center. This will install the driver for the e-support button. Once you have installed it, go to Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs and remove the Dell Resolution Assitant - as I explained to you before, Dell no longer supports or uses Resolution Assistant.
