E-Support button not working in Windows XP.

Question

After installing Windows XP Pro on my DImension 8100 now the E-support button does not function.  I have loaded the Metoulious driver for it but when you press the button nothing happens.  Is there additional drivers or software needed?  Thanks for any help to point me in the right direction. David F.

the e-support button is useless. dell discontinued it.
