Error Message At Startup, help plz!!!

I'm getting the following error message after pushing my restart button because my computer (running ME) has frozen: The 32-bit device driver CDRPWD(01) + 0000AD23 has attempted to use a system service which is not loaded, it may be possible to continue normally, *press any key or CTRL+ALT+DEL.......at which point i push any key about three times before windows continues to load! Can anyone help me out? Any input is greatly appreciated!!!
