Faulty GPU under 2 year legal warranty in EU

I have been in contact with Dell's costumer support (facebook) for the past 2 weeks to figure out what was causing the issues with my Alienware X51. I have bought it in January 2014, which means less than 2 years ago. The problem found is most likely a faulty GPU (nvidia geforce GTX 760), which I cannot use anymore. The costumer support told me I only have a one year warranty and this is what I find when I look at my warranty status on dell.com.

How do I make use of the 2 year legal warranty in EU that applies to my case. Where can I send my computer for repair or how to get a replacement GPU sent to me.
