Firewire Question
I purchased a firewire thinking that is all I need to transmit video from my camcorder to my computer. It looks as If I am needing something else. I have a dimension 2400. can someone please let me know what i need. I don't want anything fancy, its just for transfering videos of our daughter to other family members.

Presuming your camcorder is digital, you will need a firewire port on your PC ,(you may need to buy a Firewire PCI card and fit it to your PC) and a firewire cable.
