"you are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU" I can't open NVIDIA control panel, I just got my desk computer yesterday, I search solution all day, but I cant solve it. I install an uninstall the driver for many times, but it didn't work. Please help me.

Can you check how you connected a monitor?
If you have it connected to the integrated graphics the control panel will not work.
Try disconnecting from the integrated graphics port and connecting to the port on the graphics card.
