Is the GeForce GT210 1gb graphics card suitable to install in my Dell Vostro 230 mini tower. If so should I go for the silent( heat sink) or the fan one?

GT210 is a horrible card.
EVGA GeForce GT 610 1024MB GDDR3, DVI, VGA and HDMI Graphics Card 01G-P3-2615-KR is minimum I would recommend.
