For the same reason most cards wont fit.
Power supply is a laptop brick
Physical Size of the card.
X51 R2 is not an AREA 51 unit with 1500W power supply.
Its not a full tower case.

The Area 51 will work fine with 3 of them. I think however you will need a proprietary sli bridge GYN70 from dell.
