HELP!
My order never showed up when I placed it earlier today so I placed another one.
The call center for customer support just closed and now I have TWO orders for the same XPS 8300 system.
I NEED to cancel the first order ASAP, can anyone help me?

You need to contact Dell Customer Service directly, the forums are basically user to user, not user to Dell.
