Hi Can I add 8 GB ram to my PC?
Hi I have a dell Inspiron 660 I have 8 GB of ram in it I have another 8 GB ram stick Can I put the 8 GB or ram in my PC? Thanks for answering!

You are maxed you cannot add more ram. You cannot add 8 gig sticks.
max is 2 pieces of 4 gig stick.

The Inspiron 660 only officially supports 8GB of RAM.
There's nothing saying you can't try though. I have a laptop that "supports" 4GB of RAM, but I can install 16GB. If it doesn't work, you'll probably just get a no-POST, at which point you cna remove the extra stick
