How can I get Support?

Tried to call up Support Chat -- enter my Service Tag -- not recognized.  Tried to call support by phone, again entered the service tag (I have read it off the sticker FOUR TIMES) -- the phone support window says this PC was sold overseas!

Question:  This was my first time ordering a 24-hour ship PC -- is there a problem with getting support for them?  I've only had it 30 days and it totally crashes

30 days is too long to wait to have the tag recognized. Send a private message to a Moderator to get the tag into the US system. Click on a Moderator's name to link to his page to send a message.

New computer owners who bought within the last 10 days or so should not use the service tag when accessing phone support. It is not in the system yet. Have it ready when you talk to a human, but don't enter it in the automated system. Your order number should be handy, too.
