How do I clear a BIOS password on Optiplex 380?
Soooo this is a dumb question, but I guess I locked myself out of a Dell Opliplex 380's BIOS.
I've tried unplugging it and pulling the battery (sidenote-I have no idea how to get the battery out without breaking one of the tabs holding it in-the instructions on Dell's support site don't work).
Anyway either I didn't have the battery pulled long enough, or the password is stored in flash. Is there some other method of clearing the password?
This is a "desktop" chassis if that matters.

According to the docs, there is a password jumper, shown here: <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed / replaced from this post by Dell> It appears to be id'd as #11.

Thanks so much to both of you JackShack and Speedstep! Man I feel silly not seeing that. It's right near the battery, and just pulling the jumper thing off and booting in to the BIOS cleared it right away!
I even figured out how I locked myself out-I didn't notice that it wasn't accepting special characters, so I picked a new password with just letters and numbers.
Also it's great to 'see' you again Speedstep! I miss the Dell forums :)
