How to retrieve Backup Files from external hard drive after reset Dell Inspiron One 2330
Hi,
I've just restored my desktop to the factory setting. How can I retrieve backup files from external hard drive that I had backed up before I have cleaned up my computer.

Hi hienpham,
We need to know the program you used to back up your files. It would also be helpful if you provided the operating system.

Thank you for your prompt response.
I have Dell Inspiron One 2330, Win 8 64 bit. Before cleaning up the desktop, I ran backup and store it in the external (USB) hard drive. Now I don't know how to retrieve these (*.inp) files.

I'll assume you used Dell backup and recovery. If so, see if these instructions help.
