INSPIRon 3542, Sr. No. CKBD 512 , under warranty

My laptop is not working since 17th August & i given to service centre , Ensure, Job Card No. 0002201743. After two weeks i got feedback that my laptop mother board is not working & delivery of pars will take one month. I request to replace or CN for the same . i got approval from DELL. But ask to go to Media TRACK computer. I submitted my laptop to the media on 9th September and as per then it will take one week time. When i ask yesterday to the Manager than they told he will check and return back to me. Today i am trying to call the same person but not lifting my call. even service report  mentioned telephone no one is lifting. I am asking the dell this is your service. already one month is over and i not get my laptop.If you need communication with DELL and service provider i am ready to send.
