Inspiron 27 7000 AIO Sounds Clipped

I've got some kind of issue where the very first milliseconds of sounds (like Windows notification sounds) are clipped on my 5 day old Inspiron 27 7000 AIO (Ryzen 7/RX 480).  The system almost acts like the audio is 'sleeping' and doesn't wake up quite fast enough.  Have done the driver thing (Audio, Chipset, BIOS) repeatedly to no avail.  Any suggestions?  This is a really nice AIO and the UHD display is awesome, but I'm starting to regret the AMD only chipsets available in this model.

This appears to have fixed the issue, so that's telling me the Realtek driver is probably the culprit.  Thanks for the excellent suggestion!
