Inspiron 3847 Freezing

Hey guys,

I recently bought an Inspiron 3847 that came pre-installed with Windows 10. For the past few days, I've been using Edge and everything has been smooth. However now, everytime I use Edge, it freezes constantly and it freezes all other open windows and the some parts of the taskbar (Windows Edge icon and Windows icon). I've tried to get to command prompt with administrator rights, but everytime I try it tells me that it isn't linked to a program. Any tips? And thank you in advance.
