Inspiron 530 Graphics Card Upgrade
I am planning to upgrade the graphics from the embedded Intel GMA 3100 to a graphics card. Will I need to unistall the GMA 3100 drivers before I install the new card?

No. Just put the card in. Do not uninstall the integrated graphics. The BIOS by default should be set to PCI even if you are using the GMA 3100 so it will automatically switch over and run video from your PCI Express slot once the card is installed.
