Inspiron 530s

In order to run important business software, I plan to run Windows 98 (2nd Ed) on this Inspiron 530s.

I think that having a functioning floppy drive will help ensure successful installation. 

Where can I find an internal floppy drive compatible with this system?

It has a floppy drive controller and a bios that is looking for the drive.

It is now running 32bit Vista basic.
