Inspiron 545 Desktop- Won't start up, new PSU.

New PSU and switch seems to be okay.. was working a week ago and now doesn't want to boot up. No LED light on motherboard that would give me indication that it's getting power from the new PSU. I also replaced the CMOS battery with a new one. Any helpful suggestions? TIA
